• If the setting to detect overlapped documents is enabled, do the documents fulfill the conditions to detect overlapped documents accurately?

• Did you fan the documents before loading them on the scanner?

• Have the documents just been printed out from a copy machine or a laser printer?

• Is the document stack thinner than 50 mm?

• Does the document stack weigh less than 5 kg?

• Are the pick rollers, separator roller and brake roller installed correctly?

• Are the pick rollers, separator roller and brake roller clean?

• Are the pick rollers, separator roller and brake roller worn out?

• Did you adjust the paper separation force on the operator panel?
