The Upper Part of the Scanned Image Appears Missing

Did you set the paper size of the document to be scanned in the scanner driver?

Solution

Set the paper size of the document to be scanned in the scanner driver, and then perform a scan.

If you use the return path opening and scan a document that is larger than the paper size set in the scanner driver, the upper part of the scanned image will appear missing.
