• PaperStream IP driver

  The PaperStream IP driver is a scanner driver that conforms to the TWAIN/ISIS standard. It supports scanners connected to a network.

  There are three types of PaperStream IP drivers.

  • PaperStream IP (TWAIN)

    Conforms to the TWAIN standard. Used when you operate the scanner using TWAIN-compliant 32-bit applications.

  • PaperStream IP (TWAIN x64)

    Conforms to the TWAIN standard. Used when you operate the scanner using TWAIN-compliant 64-bit applications.

    It can be installed on 64-bit operating systems.

  • PaperStream IP (ISIS) Bundle

    Conforms to the ISIS standard. Used when you operate the scanner using ISIS-compliant applications.

• Network Setup Tool for fi Series

  The following applications are included.

  These applications are used to connect fi-7300NX to a network to make the scanner available.

  • Scanner Selection Tool for fi Series

    Use this application to set a computer to be able to use a scanner connected to a network.

  • Certificate Registration Tool for fi Series

    Use this application to register a certificate with the scanner if the network environment requires the certificate.

  • Button Event Manager for fi Series

    Use this application to configure the settings for an image scanning application which is started up from the touch screen of the scanner when it is connected to a network.

• Software Operation Panel

  You can configure settings that are related to scanning documents and managing consumable parts.

  It is installed together with the PaperStream IP driver.

• Error Recovery Guide

  Displays the status of the scanner and a solution for a problem if an error occurs in the scanner.

  It is installed together with the PaperStream IP driver.

  Solutions for problems can also be checked in Troubleshooting.

• PaperStream ClickScan

  A 32-bit image scanning application which supports PaperStream IP (TWAIN).

  Scanning can be performed via simple settings and operations.

  This program starts automatically when you log in to your computer and resides in the notification area located at the far right of the task bar.

• PaperStream ClickScan Searchable PDF Option

  An application to output images in a format such as searchable PDF, Word (*1), or Excel (*1).

  It can be used with PaperStream ClickScan.

• PaperStream Capture

  A 32-bit image scanning application which supports PaperStream IP (TWAIN)/PaperStream IP (ISIS) Bundle.

  By defining scan settings as document profiles, you can customize the settings according to your preference.

• PaperStream Capture Pro (EVALUATION)

  A 32-bit image scanning application which supports PaperStream IP (TWAIN).

  It is the trial version of PaperStream Capture Pro.

  To use the full version, purchase and activate a license.

  In addition to the functions in PaperStream Capture, PaperStream Capture Pro also allows you to perform multistation operations and advanced meta data settings.

• ABBYY FineReader for ScanSnap™

  This application converts images into files for applications such as Word (*1) or Excel (*1).

  It can be used when you scan documents with PaperStream Capture/PaperStream Capture Pro.

  Download it from the download site and install it.

  Safety Precautions and the Operator's Guide are installed.

• Scanner Central Admin Agent

  Install this application on the computer which the scanner is connected to in order to link with Scanner Central Admin Server.

  When the computer is linked with Scanner Central Admin Server, you can apply the updates such as the setting information of the scanner to multiple scanners.

  When PaperStream NX Manager is used, you do not have to install Scanner Central Admin Agent since the scanner has the linkage function with Scanner Central Admin Server.

• fi Series Online Update

  This application checks for the latest software and firmware updates for fi Series and applies them.
