Background Switching Mechanism Error

When a background switching mechanism error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays one of the following codes.

F4:C2

If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the error code below.

Background switching mechanism error (ADF Back)

If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the error code below.

Code F4:C3

Open the ADF to check that there are no documents remaining, and then turn the scanner off then back on.

If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this product.
